It appears as though Hintertux ski resort in Austria and Saas-Fee in Switzerland just claimed the dual-title for the first lift-served powder days of the season. After 35” of snow pummeled the ski areas over the past few days, conditions look prime!
Professional guide, Rudi Kröll was there to take advantage of the conditions.

As of now, the Hintertux ski area has 10 lifts running and over 18km of trails open to the skiing and riding public.
Saas-Fee currently has 8 lifts and 5 trails open.
The current temperature at Hintertux is 23° farenheit!
