“THE WALL” is a camp event that has taken place in Niigata prefecture’s Oku-Tadami-Maruyama Ski Area for 6 years.
Its characteristic course featuring a variety of 3D terrains, including the specially shaped bowl, lets the rider read, chose and actually ride a line as if in a true natural terrain. It exemplifies the potential of a deeper snowboarding experience. It didn’t take long before this movement dragged the attention of the locals of many different areas.

Too bad this event is no longer held.  There are similar setups state-side but somehow this seemed cooler.  Like Japan, not crazy huge but jam packed with interesting things.
