Alaska has long been known for its fiercely self-dependent people and general valuing of personal liberties, so its not shocking that an actual news anchor woman would take a stand and quit her job live on air with a succinct “F*ck it, I quit” just to announce that she owns a pot dispensary and is open for business. You wouldn’t believe this scene if it happened in a movie. Too funny.
