The Sunday Times is reporting that the Uk’s longest indoor ski slope is up for sale. Chill Factor, located in Manchester, is on the market for £25m ($39,222,500). The snowsports centre opened in 2007 at a cost of £33m but the owners want out.
In addition to the ski slope the deal includes retail outlets, restaurant/ bar area, climbing wall, toboggan run and skate park.
Chill Factor is one of 6 indoor ski centers in the UK and one of only 50 worldwide.
