Catedral had a few things open this morning. The Sextuple and Punta Nevada were open for a bit, then the wind came up and shut it down. They’re reporting winds up to 100 km/hr right now with essentially nothing open (just princessa 1 & 2).
This wind is blowing in a storm that, according to snow-forecast.com, is supposed to leave around 4 inches. But those guys always under forecast for the upper elevations at Catedral. I’m calling a foot in La Laguna by wednesday.
The rest of the week looks good with a storm coming in thursday and lasting thru the weekend.
It’s gonna be good.
