It just doesn’t stop snowing here. Everyday is a Powder day. Everyday is stormy. Everyday is awesome. Along with copious amounts of snow this seemingly endless storm has delivered high freezing levels and even higher winds. The mega gusts, 120km, have forced Peak Chair to be closed for the last five days but have also produced some deep wind loaded pockets in the trees.
This short video shows some pow-pow and ends with me almost impaling myself on a branch. Scary. Painful. Be careful when you rip through the trees because branches are not friendly.
