This is a video I put together of some footage from the last couple seasons for Protect Our Winters‘ Hot Planet Cool Athlete program to show the students down at Hug High School in Reno, where I’m about to give a presentation. The idea of the program is to bring professional winter-sports athletes into schools to portray some of their experiences of climate change and how it can affect us all. Â I’ve been fortunate enough to snowboard in some really cool places, and have experienced some out-of-the-ordinary conditions in some of these places. Â It would be great if future generations could ride in these beautiful locations.
