There is heavy cloud cover in the valley today and NOAA is predicting showers after 10 a.m. The rain should smooth out some of the terrain that was skied hard this passed weekend but on the flip side the low snow pack is going to get even thinner adding to the already bony conditions. Yesterday afternoon the sun had soften the bumps on Tower 16 and B Arrow which were quite fun. However, today’s cloud cover and pending rain is going to change all of that. Look for firm conditions in the morning and rain soaked snow in the afternoon.
