Three moose that were threatening skiers at Breck have been tranqed and relocated to Grand County after one charged a group of Nordic skiers. Wildlife officers were called to the scene when two more moose showed up. All three were darted and relocated.
On Friday a video of a moose hauling ass down a Breckenridge ski trail went viral (posted here well before anyone else had picked it up) but it’s not known if that moose was relocated Sunday because that happened in a different part of the resort.
