A couple of Aurora investors are taking advantage of the green rush in Colorado by giving rundown strip mall a $1 million facelift and turning it into a one stop shop for all things marijuana.  $128 million was spent on pot in Colorado just in the month of September, so it is no big surprise that this type of centralized pot marketplace was created to feed the seemingly never ending demand

Since it has become pot-centric, the mall has seen occupancy go up from 60% to 95%. One can only imagine how much business has gone up at Mr. Donuts.
