Pitkin Country sheriffs have confirmed they have interviewed a skier who may have pushed a snowboarder off a lift after allegedly being offended when the snowboarder commented,”“To get tits-deep pow shots you just need to be on your edges,”
This news lady says it was argument about whether its easier to photograph skiers or snowboarders but I like the version the victim posted on facebook far better.
Other witnesses were interviewed but no charges have been filed.
Beckton fell 20-25 feet onto a soft pile of snow and was not hurt in the altercation. The resort turned over surveillance footage from the chairlift and the information from the lift ticket scanners of the chairlift in question to help in the police investigation.
