This past Saturday from 8am-8pm was the Fall Tilt Endurance Downhill in Telluride. Solo riders as well as teams of both Pros and Amateurs competed to see who could throw down the most laps in 12 hours. Local pro and defending champ Trevor Martin raced with teammate Cliff Pinto and was GoPro’d up for Unofficial.
They ended up in 3rd place in the Open Duo division completing 77 laps, same as the winning team but about 5.5 minutes back due to mechanical issues early AND late in the race. 77 laps is CRAZY considering how rocky, rough, and demanding the Mountain Village Bike Park‘s World Cup course is.
The Fall Tilt in Telluride is an amazing, unique race and a really awesome event for the local community. Major props to all who raced, you guys are NUTS!
