If you ever want to piss off a Mainer, spit out some Moxie right in front of them. Comedian Matt Lyons came face to face with Maine’s Finest Athlete Donny Pelletier while riding the Chondola at Sunday River and the conversation didn’t go all too well.
Describing him as Matt Lyons, in this case, is probably not the right move. Instead, Connecticut skier (who just moved to Maine two weeks ago) Kennebunk came face to face with Maine’s finest athlete, quickly insulting the ski legend.
If you’ve ever tried Moxie for yourself and wondered “how can anyone like this?”, I don’t know what to tell you. It’s just good. Also don’t try to tell Donny Pelletier about White Heat. That guy was born on White Heat, everyone knows.
