If you are an active or retired Military member you will be happy to know Snowbird Ski Resort in Utah is offering free scenic tram rides for Military Appreciation Week (September 22-26).
Military members, plus their immediate family, will receive a free all-day summer scenic tram ride pass ($52 value per adult/$42 youth & senior) to the top of Hidden Peak for Snowbird’s “salute to service at 11,000 feet.”
“Enjoy breathtaking 360-degree views with a Summer Scenic Tram Ride at Snowbird. Our legendary red and blue Aerial Tram cabins whisk passengers along a 1.6-mile cable and up 2,900 vertical feet during the 13-minute trip to the top of Hidden Peak. Enjoy refreshments at The Summit and take a photo with the Salt Lake Valley, Twin Peaks and Mt. Baldy as your backdrop before taking the journey back down.”

How to Redeem Your Tickets
- Visit this link, exclusively for Military members. Select the date and number of additional passes you would like to redeem. Add them to your Snowbird cart and checkout.
- Assign your tickets and select whether each person needs a ticket card.
- Fill out the Sheer ID verification with your information.
- Once your military status is verified, input the code you receive into the box on the checkout page.
- Finish the checkout process. Afterwards, you will receive a confirmation email with a QR code you can use to print your passes at one of the many Pick-Up Boxes located throughout the resort.
