Avoriaz — The Swiss Wall is regarded as one of the toughest ski trails in the Alps. Also known as Mur Suisse and Pas de Chavanette, the orange-rated run is known for its steepness and big bumps. While challenging, there are ways to ski this piste.

How to Ski the SWISS WALL

In a video released yesterday from Avoriaz Alpine Ski School, they gave ten tips on how to ski this treacherous trail. Their most insightful tips include choosing the right day to ski it, being catious in the very steep top section, and having the proper technique while skiing steeps and moguls.

Please note that this run has killed people and shouldn’t be taken lightly.
