Its obvious this foilboarder in San Diego was attempting to snake a ride off the wake of the passing Grand Champion cargo ship, which isn’t that big a deal if done at a safe distance, but this numbskull got wayyyyy too close. On top of that 200ft ship was traveling so slow it barely kicked up a knee high wave so this move was double dumb. Thankfully he stayed on his feet because he fell while in its path and got sucked under this could have been tragic. Use your heads folks.
