Bozeman, Montana — It was a season to forget in many regards for Bridger Bowl. It concluded its season on March 22nd, which is weeks earlier than usual.

Yesterday, Bridger Bowl detailed its 2025-26 season to KBZK. Unfortunately, this year saw underwhelming revenue for the non-profit ski area due to a lack of snowfall. Employees were also negatively impacted by the early closure, as they were unable to work into April.

They also released their annual season highlights video yesterday, which features footage from the best days of the winter. Going on a bit of a tangent here, but Bridger Bowl has a fantastic YouTube page. Their daily videos are awesome, so it’s a great account to follow.

Typically averaging 300 inches of snowfall, Bridger Bowl received only 138 inches this past ski season. However, they were able to keep 100% open throughout the whole season.

To make matters worse, they ended up getting around a foot of snow last week. By that point, the snowpack was too low for a potential reopening effort. Some skiers were able to earn their turns.

Bridger Bowl also stated to KZBK that it intends to continue advancing its master development plan. Some of the proposals revealed in the 2025 plan include new lifts, terrain, and lodges. Snowmaking upgrades are also being considered.

After this season, you have to imagine snowmaking upgrades are going to be a focus for Bridger Bowl moving forward.
