The Colorado ski season is coming to an end much faster than previous years. Ski resorts throughout the state are shutting down operations early thanks to warm weather and a lack of snowfall, and there doesn’t seem to be a major surprise April storm waiting in the wings. After this Sunday, April 5th, just 7 Colorado ski resorts will still be open, and some have closing dates scheduled for the very future.
7 Colorado Ski Resorts Still Open
Aspen Mountain – Closing date of April 19th.
Vail Mountain – Target closing date of April 8th.
Arapahoe Basin – Closing date TBD.
Breckenridge Ski Resort – Closing date TBD.
Copper Mountain – Closing date TBD.
Loveland Ski Area – Closing date TBD.
Winter Park Ski Resort – Closing date TBD.
