TETON VILLAGE, Wyo. — Cheers to Olympic gold medalist Breezy Johnson who now has her very own gold-wrapped gondola at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Breezy was born and raised in Jackson where she started skiing at Jackson Hole, racing for the Jackson Hole Ski and Snowboard Club until age 13.
Breezy took home the gold in the downhill at the Cortina Winter Olympics this winter and the good folks JHMR decided the honor the local legend with a gondola celebrating her victory and ribbon cutting event where she met her fans and skied from top of Bridger down to the base. Can’t wait to ride the Breezy Gondi next time in Jackson. Go Breezy!
