There aren’t too many skiers or snowboarders who’ve rightfully earned the “god” title, but Candide Thovex definitely deserves it. While most of us are struggling down steep lines and snow covered routes, Candide is making quite literally any type of terrain look like a regular day on the slopes. We’re talking massive sand dunes in the desert, literal ocean waves, and, most recently, rocky spines interspersed with a little bit of snow.
Candide’s most recent video is still based around his home of Tignes, France, but this time he’s taking on Les Tufs, an area known for it’s incredible rocky shaped throughout time. Most people ski this area when there’s plenty of deep powder, but Candide clearly isn’t most people.
