Jackson Hole, Wyoming – Jackson Hole has quietly become one of the best places in North America to let loose in the spring. With over 300 inches of snow already this season, the Tetons are set up for an incredible spring ski season just as the mountain moves into full celebration mode. More live music than ever before is planned across the resort throughout the next few months, including 42 performances over the final four weeks of the season all building toward the biggest party of them all: the Rendezvous Music Festival.

Jackson Hole Mountain Resort’s annual Rendezvous Music Festival is returning at the end of March, bringing a Saturday of great music. The festival, set for March 28th, will kick off with DJ Blake Horstmann before jam band Umphrey’s McGee and Grammy winning psychedelic rock band The Flaming Lips take the stage.

If you’ve never seen The Flaming Lips live, you’re in for quite the show. The psychedelic rock legends are widely considered one of the best live bands in the world, presenting surreal visuals, giant inflatables, and wildly immersive performances led by frontman Wayne Coyne. Q Magazine once named them one of the “50 Bands to See Before You Die,” while The Times (UK) called them “the best live band in the world, bar none.” With a reputation like that, you know you can prepare for a show that’s as much of a spectacle as it is a concert.

This year the festival runs for just 1 day, with both GA and VIP access requiring tickets. However, a free concert from California hip-hop group Souls of Mischief will be going down under the Tram on Friday, March 27th, to kick off the weekend and cap off the Road to Rendezvous music series.

GA tickets for Rendezvous are currently available for just $51, while VIP tickets currently cost $452. GA tickets also provide access to two children under 12 for free, while VIP tickets allow one child under 5 for free. That said, ticket prices go up on March 16th, so act soon if you’re hoping to attend.

The Road to Rendezvous concert series brings free concerts to Jackson Hole every Saturday through March, with a “Time Machine” theme celebrating the resort’s 60th anniversary. Live music under the Tram is set to bring the audience through six decades of music, starting with the ’60s and working their way up to the 2000s.

In addition to the Rendezvous Music Festival and the Road to Rendezvous concert series, Jackson Hole is set to 42 live music performances across the mountain in the final 31 days of the ski season, averaging more than 10 shows a week as the spring party season kicks into gear.  Weekends are where things really ramp up. Every Saturday features live music at four different spots across the resort, and Sundays bump that up to five locations, meaning you can bounce between sets while skiing laps or settling into a long spring après session. A couple midweek celebrations keep the energy going too, with extra music planned for St. Patrick’s Day (March 17) and again on April 1.

Rendezvous Music Festival @ Jackson Hole Mountain Resort

Music is obviously not the only thing going on at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort this spring. 50+ events sit on the schedule, and skiers and snowboarders who own a valid 2025-26 winter resort season pass to any mountain in the world (including Epic, Ikon, and Mountain Collective passes) can get 50% off on Jackson Hole lift tickets from March 16th – April 12th.

Jackson Hole has seen over 300 inches of snow so far this season, and there’s still plenty of time for more snow to fall before the end of the season. The ski resort averages 66 inches of fresh snowfall through the final 30 day of the ski season, keeping the conditions fantastic all spring long.

Jackson Hole does have a daily skier capacity to keep the lift lines short, so if you plan of skiing during the Rendezvous Music Festival, or any time during the rest of the season, make sure you book in advance. Again, festival ticket costs go up on March 16th, so make sure you buy now and lock in those tickets to save.
