Skiing through a ring of fire is a stunt that should absolutely be left to the professionals, but people always seem to push things a bit further than they should. Norwegian skier Mathias Birkelund didn’t quite nail this attempt, sailing right into the burning ring and knocking it to the ground. Fortunately he was all good despite the serious hazards.
There are a handful of things that could have been done to make this a bit more successful. For one, just don’t do it. If you don’t know what you’re doing, don’t mess around with fire, it’s just generally a good idea. Additionally though, the ring was clearly way too low and clearly to small. His air was solid, his aim was definitely not. Again, do not try this for yourself, please.
