Ikon Pass fans are likely to be pretty stoked with the new suite of upgrades set to come with the 2026/2027 pass, from new discounts to added mountains and perks. The 2026/27 pass goes on sale on March 12, 2026.

For Colorado skiers and snowboarders, the 2026/2027 Ikon Base Pass now provides unlimited access to Arapahoe Basin in addition to 5 days of skiing or snowboarding at Snowmass. Plus, Ikon Pass holders will no longer be required to make reservations at the four mountains of Aspen Snowmass.

Three new Midwest destinations are joining the pass for 26/27 as well, giving Ikon holders seven-day access (five days on Base) to Snowriver Mountain Resort in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, Lutsen Mountains perched above Lake Superior in Minnesota, and Granite Peak in central Wisconsin. All three are also available on the Ikon Session Pass.

Returning pass holders are also getting some love with new Renewal Rewards, letting skiers choose from up to $300 in Mountain Credits, a $100 Backcountry.com credit, a free night worth up to 25,000 Marriott Bonvoy points, up to two free days of gear rentals with Ski Butlers, or up to a $50 renewal discount. Families can save up to $100 on every Child Pass with the purchase of one Adult pass, with kids’ passes starting at $249. Riders aged 23-28 can take advantage of the new Squad Pack, locking in an Ikon Base Pass for $750, a $199 savings, when one person buys five passes at once.

For those on the fence about committing, a new risk-free refundable purchase option lets pass holders get 100% cash back if they haven’t scanned their pass by January 15, 2027, or 50% back with a single scan before that date. New Peak Perks partners for 26/27 include Kiehl’s (20% off), TRUBAR (30% off first subscription), CARV Digital Ski Coach (20% off), AG1, and Away Luggage (15% off select bags), joining returning partners like The North Face, Smartwool, and JSX.

Buy-now-ride-now spring access is available starting March 12 for new pass purchasers at up to 17 mountains, with more destinations opening up on April 6. Pricing for the 26/27 season starts at $1,349 for the Ikon Pass, $924 for the Ikon Base Pass, and $299 for the Session Pass.
