Athlete practice ahead of Kings and Queens of Corbet's

Jackson Hole Mountain Resort has confirmed that the legendary Kings & Queens of Corbet’s will take place this Friday, February 13th, beginning at 10am.

The iconic competition is easily one of the best big-mountain events in both skiing and snowboarding, bringing a mix of Olympians, X Games athletes, freeride innovators, and top athletes together in a two-run, athlete judged competition.

The resort’s Park and Pipe crew has been hard at work building some serious features, and recent snowfall will certainly make the venue even rowdier. $50,000 in total prize money is on the line across four competition categories, with skiers and snowboarders competing in separate men’s and women’s divisions and one King and one Queen of Corbet’s crowned at the end.

“Kings & Queens of Corbet’s continues to define what’s possible in big-mountain competition. This year’s roster represents an exciting blend of experience, creativity, and progression, and Corbet’s Couloir remains the ultimate proving ground.” – Ned Wonson, Vice President of Marketing at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.
