Competing at the highest levels of cross country skiing is definitely serious business. Athletes spend untold hours toiling away crafting their bodies into finely tuned machines designed for dashing across snow at super human speeds. These same athletes are also not allergic to a good time and when the opportunity presents itself, are know to send it.
The following video is a classic case of cross country ski team blowing off some steam as a squad. The official governing body of the Cross-Country World Cup celebrated the team effort and individual heroics but questioned if they might be confusing the assignment for ski jumping:
