Tough break for Japanese skier Koga Hoshino who failed to slow down after landing a picture perfect inbounds 360 and ended up clotheslining himself on a safety rope. Thankfully it was a powder day and although the ensuing backslap looked a bit jarring, he popped right back up to his feet and gave an “all good” wave:

Excellent reminder that while we all tend to get a bit riled up on powder days, maintaining situational awareness at all times is of critical importance.
