Colorado‘s Arapahoe Basin has officially extended unlimited access for Ikon Base Pass holders, with any days used before January 16th,ย 2026 not counting against the 5-days on the 25/26 Ikon Base Pass.

While full 2025/26 Ikon Pass holders get access to unlimited skiing and snowboarding all season long at Arapahoe Basin, 2025/26 Ikon Base Pass holders get extended unlimited early season skiing and riding at the mountain now through Friday, January 16th, 2026. Starting on January 17th, Ikon Base Pass holders will be limited to 5 days of access until closing day.

Base Pass holders were initially given unlimited access until December 19th, 2025, but low snowfall throughout the early season pushed Arapahoe Basin to extend the deadline. Ikon Passes (base, full, and all others) go off sale after tomorrow, Thursday, December 11th.

A Basin currently has 4 of 9 chairlifts spinning with 6 trails open, though recent snow will hopefully allow the ski area to open up more terrain in the coming weeks.
