A lot of people will go their entire lives on skis doing very few drills, but working on specific skills on the mountain is a fantastic way to level up your ability faster than just cruising around, especially when you reach higher skill levels. These four drills from The Ski Club are for the higher tier skiers and will help level up their coordination, balance, and control.
No matter how confident you are that you could do these drills without prior practice, you should work on them with your skis off and boots on before trying them while moving. Once you’re comfortable with the movements, you can take them onto an easy slope at slow speed.
