If you were to ask a random skier what their bucket list resorts include, there’s probably a handful of big names that you’d hear again and again. Aspen, Jackson Hole, Whistler Blackcomb, Palisades Tahoe, etc, etc. Hardcore skier Lucas Catania has been fortunate enough to travel to many of the world’s most iconic ski areas, but there are still several he’d like to check out.
Catania recently shared his top bucket list ski resorts in the U.S., Canada, and internationally, and it’s a pretty solid list.
In the Untied States, his top picks include Crested Butte, Taos, Mount Baker, and Bridger Bowl, while in Canada he includes Red Mountain, Big White, Panorama, and Fernie. He doesn’t actually pick a specific resort for international, rather saying he’d just like to ski in Japan, but that’s a pretty fair thing to say.
