Make no mistake about it, Alex Hackel is an accomplished skier who has medalled at the X Games in both the Knuckle Huck and World of Real Ski competitions but when it comes to laying down hip scrapping carves, he has a thing or two to learn. Luckily the best to ever do it was gracious enough to give Hackel a few pointers on the hill as Ted Ligety joined Hackel to show him the finer points on his trademark move.

In exchange for the carving tips Ligety got a nose butter tutorial and both parties skied away with a new skill. Love to see practitioners on different ends of the spectrum linking up and sharing knowledge, bravo.
