Congratulations to American ski racing legend Lindsey Vonn who took to social media to triumphantly announce “GOAL ATTAINED!” after putting in untold hours in the gym over the summer to transform her physique for the upcoming competition season:

“My goal for this summer was to get stronger; more lean muscle mass, become more agile and gain 12lbs. Just a few weeks before the season starts, I have officially met my goal! All the long hours in the gym have paid off and I feel stronger than ever. Cannot wait to start the season!!” -Lindsey Vonn

Top 6 exercises currently… 1) kettlebell standing oblique crunch 3×15 each 2) low reverse lunge with counter weight FAST 3×20 3) partner or wall throws 13×15 each 4) single leg rear foot elevated squat 4×12 each 5) Swiss ball oblique ball toss (or just hold ball) 3x 10-15 each 6) hip thirst 4×20 hold 1-2 seconds at the top *warmup and cool down are important. 10-20 mins *use core as a warmup to lower body work. *can do the core one at a time or as a circuit Have fun!! 🤠💪🏻
