Freeride World Tour skier Sybille Blanjean shared a day in her life, from an intense morning gym session to shredding around the mountain with her friends and fellow Freeride World Tour athletes.
It’s pretty evident that it takes a lot of time and effort to reach the highest level of freeride skiing, no matter how good you might be on the mountain. Starting the day with a multi-hour gym session before then spending the afternoon skiing around is definitely not easy, even if skiing is fun.
The Freeride World Tour is set to kick off the 2026 season between January 16th-21st at the Baqueira Beret Pro in the Spanish Pyrenees. Sybille is one of 12 women from around the world competing in this year’s tour.
