Montville, New Jersey โ The latest multi-mountain pass has arrived, but it’s a lot different from the others.
In May, Snow Partners (which owns Mountain Creek Resort and operates Big SNOW American Dream) announced a $199 pass that gave three days total to various mountains. This doesn’t mean three days at each partner, but rather a total of three days.
Today, the official partner lineup for the 2025-26 Snow Triple Play pass was announced. The US partners include Bellayre, Big SNOW, Ski Butternut, Gore, Mountain Creek, Mount Southington, Oak Mountain, Pleasant Mountain, Plattekill, and Whiteface. In Canada, the partners will include the Sommet (Gabriel, Morin Heights, Olympia, and Saint Sauveur) ski areas in Quebec and Ski Martock in Nova Scotia.
The reasoning behind creating this pass is to offer an affordable option for skiers or riders who visit the slopes fewer than five days a season.
โWe recognized that there’s a significant portion of the skiing and snowboarding population that loves the sport but doesn’t ski frequently enough to justify a full Season Pass,โ said Dave Belin, COO of the Snow Triple Play. โThe Snow Triple Play bridges that gap, offering substantial savings while giving skiers the flexibility to explore different mountains throughout the region.โ
It bears similarity to the Triple Play Card, which offers three days at Mountain Creek Resort. The intention of this new pass is to get people to become more invested in skiing or snowboarding, whether that’s through buying a Mountain Creek season pass or another multi-mountain product.
The pass will go on sale on September 1st. The first 1000 to purchase will be able to buy it for $169.99 (plus 5% shipping and handling). After that, it will be priced at $199.99.
