Park City, Utah — Are you looking to have the ski vacation of a lifetime? If you’re looking to replicate a Jet 2 Holiday, one gigantic mansion is available to rent with private lift-serviced access to a growing Utah ski resort.

Earlier this week, TownLift reported that Mountainhead House is being offered for nightly rentals through the 2025-26 ski season. Situated at Deer Valley Resort, the seven-bedroom, thirteen-and-a-half-bathroom home has basically anything you would want in a vacation home. However, staying here won’t come cheap, as the average cost per night is $49,261. This includes an outdoor infinity pool and hot tub, an indoor climbing wall, a movie theater, a bowling alley with an attached game room, a sauna, and an NBA-sized basketball court. Then there’s the private funicular, which gets you to and from the slopes.

Last year, the mansion made waves for being the most expensive home ever sold in Utah. This year, the mansion was featured in an HBO Film. No, not that kind of HBO film. Called Mountainhead, the film captures the lives of four tech billionaires who take a mountain vacation in the middle of an international crisis. While the reception to the film was mixed, the house did leave a positive impression on viewers.

You can view the listing here. More photos and stats of the mansion are below.
