Between April 27th and April 30th, Mt. Hood Meadows in Oregon hosted She Grooms 2025, an event designed to provide hands-on training and resources for women wanting to operate snowcats, groom terrain, and build features while celebrating the changing landscape created by women in mountain leadership positions.
The event included workshops on grooming, snowmaking, alpine course construction and surface prep, leadership development, and more. Plus attendees were able to participate in ride alongs and on-hill training on terrain park building, winch training, trail maintenance, and mechanical workshop.
The multi-day event was captured on camera by videographer Kaitlyn Caldwell who conducted interviews with with PistenBully Official Operators, Ambassadors, and staff about the workshop experience.
