There’s a solid chance you’ve seen something about the Vipera Electric Ski in the past several months. The ski, created by Frigid Dynamics, allows riders to travel on flat ground with little-to-no effort. Those interested in such a product can now purchase it on the company’s Kickstarter.
The Vipera is operated by a controller with three drive modes, Eco, Normal, and Sport, that’s fully integrated into a custom ski pole. The skis feature water-resistant batteries that can take riders up to 10 miles one one charge and reach speeds up to 20 miles per hour.
Right now the Vipera is available for order in four colors: forest green, glacier blue, powder white, and smoke grey. It can be purchased for $2,999 on the Kickstarter, with an estimated delivery set for December 2025.
If you live in Australia or New Zealand, you can be among the first to experience the Vipera for an early bird price of $2,500 with delivery set for August of 2025.
