A skier attempting an overtake on a narrow cat track got absolutely savaged by a concrete post sticking out of the snow.
It is a well established rule that the downhill skier always has the right of way, so this guy was in violation of that mandate as he rudely announced his presence a split second before bodychecking the downhill skier which sent him on a trajectory course with an unmovable object.
Great reminder to keep it mellow in high congestion areas of ski resorts and to always yield to the downhill skier.
