If you’re looking to soak up a little bit of New Orleans while on a Utah mountain, make sure you head to Brighton Resort this Mardi Gras (Tuesday, March 4) for their all-you-can-eat crawfish boil.
Between 12:00pm at 5:00pm, Brighton will provide all-you-can-eat crawfish for just $25, in addition to red beans & rice, jambalaya, traditional Cajun gumbo, jalapeño cheddar cornbread, and rocky mountain beignets with strawberry jam.
Plus guests will have access to two specialty drinks, Bourbon Street Hurricanes and French Quarter Hand Grenades.
The crawfish boil will go down on March 4 at the Milly Chalet. Swing by, grab a plate, enjoy some live zydeco jazz, and basque in the New Orleans vibes.
