LITTLE COTTONWOOD CANYON, Utah – Snowbird announced an increase in carpool-only parking stalls for the 2024/25 season today, furthering their commitment to easing up congestion on SR-210 while continuing to offer an abundance of reservation and cost free spots for skiers and snowboarders.
“Canyon Carpool Club just got better! Snowbird is excited to announce the increase of carpool-only parking stalls for 2024-25. In addition to easing congestion on SR-210, participants who carpool or ride UTA buses will be eligible for rewards using the Snowbird App.“
Snowbird currently offers seven types of parking for skiers and snowboarders visiting the mountain. This includes lodging guest parking spots, VIP Subaru Parking, valet paid parking, advanced-paid self-parking and day-of paid parking, preferred parking pass spots, carpool parking, free parking, and new road parking. Carpool parking is available for cars with three or more people.
From December 27, 2024 to February 24, 2025, those who carpool to Snowbird on the weekends will have the opportunity to win prizes, including Fast Tracks upgrades, gas gift cards, and hot breakfast, as a part of the mountain’s Canyon Carpool Club. Plus, every time you carpool you get the opportunity to scan a QR code that, after carpooling 10 times, provides a discount.
