New York — The Adirondacks are one of the most underrated mountain ranges in the U.S., featuring some stunning natural landmarks.

One great example of its majesticness is Indian Head, which has a jaw-dropping viewpoint. AllTrails defines the 10.8-mile loop as a hard jaunt with an elevation gain of nearly 2000 feet. Along the way, there’s also a pretty waterfall called Rainbow Falls.

Avid skier and Accuweather video producer/reporter Lincoln In The Adirondacks showed off this hike in two videos, one other from August 2022 and the other from September of last year. The videos below show the hiking process and the stunning views from the vista.

For more information about this trail, check out AllTrails. To do this hike, you’ll need to reserve a free parking spot with the Adirondack Mountain Reserve.
