Lakeview, Oregon- Another ski area has thrown in the towel for this season. Last night, Warner Canyon Ski Area announced that they won’t be opening this winter. They’ve had minimal snowfall throughout this season, which has been the case for many small ski areas across the Pacific Northwest. NewsWatch 12 reported earlier this week that Warner Canyon was hoping to open this weekend, but the snowpack hasn’t grown enough to make it happen.

Let’s hope next winter is kinder to Warner Canyon Ski Area.
