Meet Shilo Sanders.
Shilo Sanders is a safety for UC Boulder, and will likely be making his way to the NFL in the near future. In 2023, he had the most forced fumbles out of any player in the Pac-12, and second most in the country. In addition, he had a pivotal Pick Six in the game against Colorado State University.
After a successful first season at UC Boulder, Shilo is likely coming back for another season of college football. In the meantime, he’s been exploring one of the best things that Colorado has to offer: shredding the mountains.
Over the past month, Shilo has been spending some time snowboarding. This has included trips to Breckenridge, Loveland, and Winter Park. Shilo even got to say hey to Mayor Parker the Snow Dog over at Loveland.
This week, Shilo shared a ten-minute edit of him shredding at Loveland, which includes him hitting a box at around the five-minute mark of the video.
Since he recorded that video, he has continued to work on his snowboarding skills. A few days ago, he shared a video of him hitting a box at Breckenridge and gave a shoutout to Zeb Powell in the comments. He recently spent another day learning with an instructor at Loveland, as his skills are progressing pretty rapidly.
Being a multi-sport athlete does run in the Sanders family. Deion Sanders, who’s the Head Coach of the Buffs, simultaneously played professional baseball and football at points in his career.
We here at Unofficial Networks love to see it, and we’ll be rooting for Shilo next season.
