Need an excuse to get up and use your body right quick? Give this mobility/strength test a whirl. The ladies of the US Ski Team made it look easy but lemme tell ya…I just attempted it and it was shall we say an exercise in humility. The athleticism of skiers across all disciplines is not to be underestimated:
