Bittersweet celebration yesterday at Solitude Mountain Resort in Utah where locals gathered to pay their respects to The Eagle as it took its final flight after 33 years of operation. Utah’s first detachable lift will be replaced with a new Doppelmayr 6-pack as part of their $16 million capital improvement plan. The replacement lift is expected to be operational by mid-December 2023.
