Crested Butte, Colorado, is home to some amazing ski terrain. If you have ever skied there, you know how rowdy the ski runs can be. So it’s not a huge shock that the steepest ski run in the United States is located at this famed ski area. The ski run is called Rambo, and with a  pitch of 55 degrees, it’s the steepest ski trail in the United States.

If you have never been on a slope of 55 degrees, trust us when we say that it’s insanely steep for an inbounds run that you can access from a chairlift.

Check out this video from PeakRankings breaking down the run and giving a POV of skiing it.
