We recently had a chance to jump on The Sauce—a new go-anywhere, do-anything single-speed bike from the crew at Priority Bicycles. Founded in 2014 and based in NYC, Priority offers low-maintenance bicycles that feature Gates Carbon Drive belts instead of standard chains, internally geared hubs, rust-resistant frames, and quality components. Priority’s newest release, The Sauce, is a utilitarian mash-up with retro inspiration that’s as comfortable on dirt trails and pump tracks as it is on city streets, jumping curbs and making corner store runs.
