Red Rocks Amphitheater near Denver, Colorado is one of the most famous music venues in the entire world.

Notable performers include: The Beatles, Johnny Cash, Jimi Hendrix, The Grateful Dead, U2, Stevie Wonder, and literally hundreds of other bands, DJs, musical acts, and comedians.

We have all seen the jaw-dropping views of Red Rocks overlooking Denver, and those of us have that have been to the legendary venue can speak to the majestic vibe that wafts through the air.

But, did you know that Red Rocks has a secret tunnel hidden under the stage? The backstage passageway is filled to the brim with signatures of those that have played the venue.

The video below by Denver7 is a few years old, but I found it interesting all the same.

What’s the over/under for the amount of penises drawn on that wall? I’m gonna guess there’s at least 20. People love drawing dicks for some reason, and I wouldn’t be surprised if some inebriated artists thought it would be funny to slap one up there.

I would love to spend a few hours gazing at those walls to look for the signatures of my favorite artists, wouldn’t you?

With that being said, I couldn’t help but notice that ‘Hotel Bill And The Incidents’ took up the most space of any signature on the wall. I have no idea who Hotel Bill and The Incidents are, but surely they’re not important enough to take up that much space, right?

Also, I have to say the cliché, I just can’t help myself- If these walls could talk! Oh boy would they have stories to tell.
