Love highlighting age defying athletes like Weston “Wes” Warwick who at 87-years-old is still an avid climber that can be found scaling walls in American Southwest.  In this video Wes reflects on what he’s learned in the past 50+ years backpacking, rock climbing and trekking around some of the world’s greatest outdoor places. His physicality is inspiring but its his philosophies that are the real takeaway. This guy is incredible:
