Saharan Dust Cloud Turns European Ski Slopes Orange

Remember that thing you learned in high school earth science…erosion, transportation, deposition? Well it was on full display this week in Europe as a Saharan dust cloud moved its way across Europe, turning the skis orange from Madrid to the Swiss Alps and coating ski resort southern Spain and southwest France. Probably murder on your bases but looks like fun to me:
