Yes, Scotland has snow, and yes there’s enough of it to even go backcountry Splitboarding/ski touring…sometimes.
Now that we’ve covered that revelation, check out this video of Billy Morgan and friends taking a trip to hit a few spots in the Scottish Highlands via splitboards.
Looks like some pretty gnarly terrain! Scotland’s backcountry is definitely underrated, but I’m sure the snow quality can waver dramatically.
